What is Nibble in a few words?

To put it simply, Nibble is a financial platform that connects investors with borrowers. The platform was created by IT Smart Finance, a leading financial establishment that offers a variety of fintech
products and solutions.

Nibble’s innovative lending approach is backed by ITSF’s extensive experience. The peer-to-portfolio model allows you to invest in non-bank lending products safely. The platform offers a variety of additional models to invest in, with the goal of creating a more cost-effective method for creating an income-generating portfolio.

Is Nibble a regulated platform?

Nibble is an organization that falls under the Estonian Court Register and therefore is covered by Estonian laws. Furthermore, Nibble is in the process of acquiring an FSA license.

What safety measures does Nibble have to protect investors?

I’ll give an example of a Legal strategy. The strategy comes with the Deposit Back Guarantee, which is the obligation of the collection agency to return the full investment amount at the end of the investment period and ensure a minimum yield of 8% per annum. Due to investing in a portfolio consisting of a large number of loans, the risk of not receiving income from several contracts is reduced as they are covered by other loans.

What makes Nibble stand out from the competition?

Let me tell you some of the differences between us. A great thing about Nibble Finance is its easy-to-use auto-invest strategies. By using this function, you can easily get started investing in loans, without having to spend time cherry-picking loans on an ongoing basis.

One of the most significant aspects of Nibble is the high interest rate of up to 14.5%. This rate goes
well above average as compared to other lending companies. Due to the affordable minimum investment deposit of 10 euros, many investors can join. Hence, it brings about a broad range of customers.

Once you register on Nibble as an investor, you do not have to worry about choosing the borrowers. Nibble takes care of the vetting of borrowers for you; hence, you will not need to do any research on borrowers. You can actively concentrate on investing as an investor since Nibble’s strict policies result in
minimal risks with borrowers. The platform is beginner-friendly due to its straightforward and simple interface.

What types of loans do you work with?

Nibble has the following types of loans:

  • Short-term loans: This loan amounts to up to 500 euros and lasts for 30 days.
  • Installment loans: The loan amounts up to 1,000 euros and lasts for three months.

Which countries are Nibble’s projects based in?

Being a Nibble investor is open to any individual or legal entity with a bank account in one of the
European countries. We are also ready to welcome investors without a European bank account, but this will require an additional personal AML check. Each case will be evaluated individually.

What are your impressions of your current markets?

The European crowdfunding market has been growing steadily in recent years. Stagnant disposable income has dictated the positive movement of his P2P investments over the past five years. The period of decreased P2P transaction volume was caused by higher savings rates and lower consumption.

According to Google Trends statistics for 2023, the number of searches related to P2P investing remains relatively constant at 4,000 to 6,000 searches per month. The number of inquiries from prospective borrowers has remained almost unchanged.

P2P investing has seen increased returns over the past year amid a rise in new competing assets
such as bonds, cryptocurrencies, and deposits.

What are your predictions for the future of the P2P lending industry?

The growth and evolution of P2P lending are expected to persist. Potentially more regulation,
greater adoption of platforms, and a stronger emphasis on responsible lending are all indications of
key trends.

Regulators will increase market transparency and strengthen customer protection.

What do you think is the biggest risk for P2P investors right now?

Risks that P2P investors should be aware of include credit risk (the risk of default by the borrower),
platform risk (the financial stability and safety of the crowdfunding platform itself), and liquidity
risk (the risk of selling the investment or ability to withdraw). Regulatory changes and economic downturns may also impact the P2P lending industry.

Diversifying your investments and conducting thorough due diligence on borrowers and platforms can help mitigate these risks.

These factors can vary by region and over time, so it’s important to conduct thorough research and stay informed about the specific market or platform you’re interested in.

Do you have any news regarding your platform?

Nibble ITSF is introducing a revolutionary Legal Strategy for private investors to invest in debts. Debt
Investments are not reserved for banks and financial institutions anymore!

Any financial company specializing in lending inevitably faces loans that are not repaid within the terms specified in the contract. Many companies sell such loans in large portfolios at auctions with 85% discount, in order to quickly return a part of the money to the business. Boostr buys such portfolios at auctions. Thanks to the deep experience and technologies developed by Boostr, it is possible to achieve a high percentage of capital return. In Eurasia the company has more than 5 years of experience and more than 80 employees.

Boostr buys overdue loans from banks and MFOs at auctions, with a discount of 85%. The pre-trial process begins when the agency contacts the borrower and tries to agree on the return of the debt.

If it is not possible to find a solution, then the process of court proceedings begins to obtain a court decision on the debt collection from the debtor, which is managed by Boostr or its partner. After receiving a judicial order, debt, interest, and fines are collected through the bailiff services and banks.
